By default, Vylos does not store your audio data after processing. Enterprise clients may configure custom retention policies. Transcripts are stored in encrypted environments for your access only.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, and communicate with you about your account. We never sell your data to third parties.

4. Encryption & Security

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. We undergo annual SOC2 Type II audits to ensure bank-grade security across our infrastructure.

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
